Checked baggage weight to Iceland

Busted for 1.5 pounds over, I took the locks off my bag to decide what weighed 1.5 pounds.  Turns out that a Tottenham away jersey plus a digital camera raincoat (to protect the camera while you shive in the cold Iceland sideways early spring rain) weigh almost 1.5 lbs.  I nudged the bag slightly and she said OK and I locked up the bag.  I considered wearing the jersey but instead hung it from my bag and moved on.
