Where to try the terrorists? Why not base the choice of the American city by determining where the economic impact of spending $ 100,000,000 for security for the trial would do the most good. My nominee: Detroit, Michigan. High unemployment, chronic center city deterioration and training the security workers would give many the opportunity to find permanent jobs after the long trial.
